Otherwise, super healthy now that he has the Extremis virus in his body, which replaced all his organs with more refined versions. He also has an accelerated healing factor now.

Physical traits: Pretty much looks like a normal dude. Has a goatee.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: The demons in his mind still tempt him with alcohol on occasion. Don't let Tony relapse. And I'm taking Tony from before the events of Civil War, so any references to any of the events that transpired would probably leave him confused.
Abilities: Normal: Can communicate to numerous devices with his mind, and observe transmissions. Can also heal really quick. With Armor: Flight, Repulsor Rays on the palms (non-canon people: let's just say it's a hand laser), Uni-Beam on the chest (let's just call it a chest laser), and tiny little grenades that he can launch from his wrist.
Notes for the Psychics: Tony probably wouldn't notice any poking around. If you're looking in the memories, the only notables would be that Tony's parents died in a car accident when he was young and that he also battled severe alcoholism. He's also died a few times, and was captured by terrorists before he made his Iron Man armor.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure you can.
Maim/Murder/Death: I'd rather that Tony didn't die, but you can try to do your worst. Anything you do would probably heal.
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Tony would never say no to a pretty face.
Cooking: Nothing spectacular. Unless you're hot.
